MUSIC & PODCASTS
At St. Clement's, we love music! Here you can find out more about our worship music on a Sunday as well as original work from some of our talented songwriters.
You can also discover some excellent podcasts being created by members of our church family!
Music on Sundays
On a Sunday we seek to sing a mixture of traditional hymns and modern songs, striving to praise God in a style that is contemporary whilst also biblical in nature.
Check out this recording of Joy To The World, played by our band!
'Be filled with the spirit, addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with all your heart.'

Songwriters
We're blessed with several talented songwriters here at St. Clement's. You can check out some of their work below!
Sarah Beattie
Sarah is a singer-songwriter who writes songs that are inspired by her beliefs and experiences in the hope that they'll be useful for someone else!

Becky Higg
Becky's music contains both sighs of lament and songs of celebration - a notion of balance perfectly encapsulated by the beautiful words of Charles Spurgeon, "we have far more joys than troubles, so our songs should exceed our sighs."
One of her favourite things to do is to share a little hope and encouragement through story, conversation and song.

Brothers
Henry Alexander leads the worship team at St. Clement's. He and his brother Barnaby have written an album called 'Grace and Peace'. They were inspired by the New Testament book of Ephesians.

Scattered
The 'Scattered' podcast is available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. You're warmly invited to join members of our church family - Helen, Mary, Juliette and Gill - as they serve God from different countries, chatting through the Bible chapter by chapter. The podcast focuses on the Bible passages being discussed in Community Groups.

True Stories of God's Faithfulness
During the Covid-19 lockdown, a variety of church members at St Clement's filmed short testimonies sharing a time when God had been working in their lives - we called this series 'The Lord Is On Your Side'.
The series is a real encouragement of God's faithfulness in times of both difficulty and joy. You can check out the playlist on our YouTube channel by clicking the button below.
